Last week, we had a “free style” discussion at the women’s group. They peppered me, and each other, with questions about relationships, love, pregnancy and childbirth. I am not an expert on any of these subjects; they know that. But it was an open, non-judgmental space for them to ask questions about topics and beliefs that make them blush.
As a result, I corralled information from WHO, the CDC and NIH to provide basic information about women’s health, specifically statistics, prevention and health options. We already started talking about anatomy but I hope to get to the others before I leave in two weeks.

– Female and male reproductive anatomy
– Common women’s health issues
– Family planning
– STIs
– Cancer

Here are a few of the women working on their hairdressing and sewing skills.
