First, lunch. I found a mini food truck park a few minutes from my hotel. Sat down and had a couple of pork buns (with too much mayo) and a Trocadero. Trocadero, an apple-y soda. Very good and very Swedish according to the Jinx server. Terrible if you ask the woman who ordered before me. I liked it and the can design is perfection so it’s a winner to me.

Then…I walked into Artilleriet. You know when you see something new for the first time? You’re like Oooh. Cool. And then you walk away. But after a while you go back to the item. That’s fun. Maybe I should have one. I don’t need one. Walks away but not as far as before. Let me see it again. Yea, I like that. Leaves store before impulse purchase occurs.

Well, that’s what happened in Artilleriet. I now need a butter knife. Not one that matches all my flatware. No! A little one. Made of wood. Or maybe matte brass. Yaaass. A cute one. Why? Cause I saw one at my cousin’s house and now I need NEED a butter knife.

So, I left the store without the butter knife but I’m still thinking about it. Ugh. I ended the afternoon at Garden Society of Gothenburg. Trädgårdsföreningen. Surrounded by palm trees and tropical ferns in Palmhuset (below). Rose bushes up to my elbows painted in pinks, red, whites and yellows.
