Weekday Lunch at Miller Union

Lesson learned: long midweek lunches are underrated. Finally got back to Miller Union where Steven Satterfield was recently granted the James  Beard award for Best Chef Southeast. Cheers to trout, bright yolks, French fries, and ice cream sandwiches (devoured and not pictured).
